If you are a staff member at UNE and are still using this service, please contact the Service Desk at email@example.com as soon as possible to arrange migration of your email account to the current Exchange staff mail service.
This webmail system has been replaced by UNE’s new cloud based Office365 student email system. If you are a student, please check your emails from access.myune.edu.au (using your full email address – firstname.lastname@example.org – and your UNE password).
If you are a staff member (on Exchange) please go to http://exchange.une.edu.au to access mail and set up vacation messages.

Vacation messages are now administered inside the webmail client. The ITD help pages contain a section with step by step directions.

Retrieving email (Unix mail)
You can retrieve email via the following methods:
- Web based mail which can be used from any location you can get access to a webserver. The data is provided over a secured link so your password is safe. Just log in from the box in the left column on this page.
- A standard mail program such as Outlook or Eudora. In order to configure your mail program go to the ITD webpage for email settings and follow the directions provided.
You can also access the University's email mail lists here if you wish to subscribe, view or administer one.
